This policy covers mariospgh.com, operated by Mario's Saloon, 1514 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203. It explains what we collect when you use the site, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in the party booking form we receive what you type: typically your name, phone number, email address, the bar you want and your message. We use it to reply to you and to arrange your event. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the business and the service providers named below.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: pages visited, approximate location, device type and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies. We do not send it names, phone numbers or email addresses.

When you submit a form we also record the time, the page you were on and your IP address, which helps us tell genuine requests from automated spam.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form submissions, sends our notification emails and runs the bot check on our forms.
• Google provides analytics and, if we run advertising, measures which ads led to a request.
• OpenStreetMap serves the maps on the Contact and location pages. Loading a map sends your IP address to their servers.
• Toast handles online ordering and gift cards on its own site, under its own privacy policy.

Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Advertising and remarketing

We may use Google Ads. If we do, Google may use cookies to show our ads to people who have visited this site and to measure results. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request and keep a record of the booking. Analytics data is retained according to Google's settings for our account, typically 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@mariospgh.com or call (412) 381-5610. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
